Return Policy


At Madison Kate Boutique, we are here to serve you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!  Listed below you will find important information regarding our return and exchange policy.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you have received a defective item, contact our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem!

Please read our return policy carefully. 

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order from our warehouse.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached and the item(s) must not smell of smoke, perfume, body lotion, deodorant, or an other odor.
  • Include a copy of your email receipt of the invoice included in your shipment. (Please circle the item(s) on the receipt or invoice that you wish to return.)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part.  
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Exchanges

Since we are a boutique we only carry a few items in each style and size.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange of merchandise. We will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible!  Check out our website and if the same item is still available in the size you need, redeem your gift card for the item.

Return Policy

We know that sometimes the product does not fit as you would like and a return is necessary.  Please read our store rules listed below.

  • Any items purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.
  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags (including the Madison Kate Boutique tag) attached. Any merchandise that smells of smoke, deodorant, body lotion, or any similar odor may not be returned for credit.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • We will charge the credit card on record for return shipping. Should your credit card information no longer be valid, we will contact you and you have up to 30 days to pay for the return shipping of the item(s). After 30 days, your item(s) will be donated to one of our favorite charities.
Return Process

Please write a brief description of why you are returning the product on the printed email receipt or the invoice included in your package. If you have purchased more than one item, please circle the item that you are returning on the receipt. Include the receipt along with the item you are returning in the return package.  Your original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email.  The automated email gift card will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

  • Gift cards never expire.
  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If something happens and you must change or cancel your order please do so immediately.  Once an order is received the order will be processed within 2-4 hours.  Once the processing has begun the order cannot be changed or cancelled.  Contact our Customer Service department immediately.
