Payment Methods

  • We only accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, and Discover debit and credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or multiple forms of payment.
  • We do accept PayPal.
  • When ordering, please make sure that you click on the “Submit” button only once. Clicking on the “Submit” button multiple times may overcharge your account.

Sales Tax

  • Georgia and local sales taxes will be applied to all orders shipped to a Georgia address.

Checkout Problems

  • Please carefully check to make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page is correct and corresponds to the address listed on the credit card statement of the card used in the transaction. If the address is different your transaction may not be processed successfully.
  • If you have problems using PayPal, please consider using a credit card.
  • If you are unsure if your order was processed successfully please check your e-mail to see if you received a receipt. If you did not receive an automated confirmation receipt please contact our customer service department and we will be glad to help you resolve the issue.


Order Status

  • We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. It is our goal to fulfill our orders quickly. We will make every effort to ship your product the day the order was received, unless there is a problem with your order (shipping address, out of stock item, etc.).
  • Successfully placed orders receive an e-mail confirmation receipt with the order details. If you do not receive the email notification, please check your SPAM folder.  If the notification is not in your SPAM folder please contact our customer service department for confirmation.
  • If you need to modify your order, please contact customer service immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after the order has shipped from our warehouse.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted.

Shipping Rates, PO Boxes, & APO Addresses

  • We are pleased to offer free Priority Mail shipping on all orders $75 or more to our customers anywhere in the United States.  This includes PO Boxes and APO Addresses. If shipping APO, please make sure to select this shipping method and enter all necessary details to deliver the item(s). 

Return Procedure

  • Although we make every effort at Madison Kate Boutique, LLC to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, sometimes problems do occur. If you find there is a problem with the product that you received please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. Please note that if your return does not meet the criteria listed on the Return Policy do NOT return the item. All items that do not meet the return policy will be returned to the purchaser at their expense, using the credit card information on file. If the credit card is no longer valid, the item will be donated to a charity.
  • We suggest that you use USPS, UPS or FedEx to return items to our warehouse. It is advised that you ask for a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

To Return an Item via Mail

  • Review the criteria listed on our Return Policy and make sure that the item(s) is eligible for a return.

  • Once we have received your returned item(s), they will processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You will receive an email with a store credit code, which can be applied at checkout.  To recover a lost store credit code or to check the balance of a store credit click hereShipping charges are non-refundable
  • Store credit and refunds cannot be given for items purchased through Wanelo.

  • To redeem online, select the "Gift Card" payment method at checkout and enter the gift card number found on your card. If you need assistance with your gift card, please contact our customer service department.


  • Madison Kate Boutique© is a retailer for contemporary ladies clothing, so sizes generally run smaller. Our models have graciously allowed us to print their sizes as well as their heights and weights so that you can get a feel for the size you might need to order.  Below is a sizing chart that represents most of our products.
